After what seemed to be an indefinite hiatus from the music scene, Chapterz aka Mr C4 drops yet again another hit track titled ' I LOVE YOU ', this time featuring a very talented singer, Casey Kerry. With exactly a year time difference from the release of his last hit track ' Sacrifices ' which got him major recognition in the music industry, he is here again with something very different from his usual, as we hear him actually 'sing' on this.
